How to create trophies and award them
Give your team lasting trophies: create them once, hand them out by hand or let Stoloros award them when a competition, a challenge or a quiz ends.
A trophy is a permanent memento that sits on a member's shelf, with the date, the event and your message. Unlike points, it never expires and never moves anyone on the leaderboard.

Before you start
- Trophies live in the Trophies section of the manager area.
- To have trophies awarded automatically at the end of competitions, challenges and quizzes, set them in Reward messages (see the related article).
Steps
Create a trophy
- Open the manager area and the Trophies section.
- Under Create a trophy, type a Name (60 characters at most), an optional Description and pick an Illustration among the eight proposed (cup, medal, star, crown, rocket, diamond, laurel wreath, flame).
- Click Create a trophy. The trophy appears in Your trophies with the number of times it was awarded.
- Archive hides a trophy from the lists without touching the shelves of members who already earned it. Restore brings it back.
Award a trophy by hand
- Under Award a trophy, choose the Member, the Trophy, an optional Occasion (shown as the event on the trophy) and a Personal message. The message is kept as you wrote it: it is not translated.
- Click Give the trophy. The member receives an email (if the "Manual awards" email type is on for the team and they have not unsubscribed) and the trophy appears on their shelf, marked New until they open it.
Check and correct
- Trophy history lists every award, automatic or manual: member, trophy, event, date, who gave it and the notification status.
- Revoke removes a trophy from a member's shelf. Give a Reason for the correction: the award stays in the history, crossed out, with the date, your name and the reason.
Result
Members find their trophies in My profile, in the My trophies shelf, with the details of each one.
Good to know
- An automatic award is made once per event and per member: closing the same competition twice, or re-running the challenge end, never duplicates a trophy.
- Revoking an automatic award does not re-award it later; give it again by hand if the correction was wrong.
- Trophies carry no points. Use Award points for that.
FAQ
Can members see each other's trophies?
Not yet. The shelf is personal; the leaderboard and the ceremony stay the public stage.
