How can we help?
Step-by-step guides for every Stoloros feature, for managers and sales reps.
Getting started
- How to choose your team's language — Pick English or French for the whole team: screens and emails switch for every member.
- How to create your Stoloros account — Create your team in two steps: choose the language, then enter your name and work email to receive a sign-in link.
- First steps for managers after the launch — A recommended path for your first week: check the CRM, invite the team, launch a challenge and follow the activity.
- First steps for sales reps — From the invitation email to your first points: join the leaderboard, understand your score and set up your profile.
- How to set up Stoloros with the setup wizard — Walk through the 11 steps of the setup wizard, from the language to the launch of your leaderboard.
- How to sign in to Stoloros — Sign in without a password: enter your work email and click the link Stoloros sends you.
- What is Stoloros? — Stoloros turns the work your sales team logs in the CRM into points, a live leaderboard, challenges and competitions.
Connecting your CRM
- Which actions earn points with each CRM — Stoloros counts 7 types of CRM actions. Brevo provides 5 of them; HubSpot, coming soon, will provide all 7.
- How to connect Brevo — Paste a Brevo API key so that your team's deals, tasks and notes start earning points.
- Connecting HubSpot (coming soon) — HubSpot support is on its way. Today the HubSpot option shows as coming soon and cannot be connected yet.
- How to disconnect your CRM — Stop Stoloros from reading your CRM. Points already earned are kept.
- How to sync your CRM and choose pipelines — Know when Stoloros reads your CRM, sync it on demand, and choose which pipelines earn points.
- How to start when your CRM is not supported yet — Use Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Odoo or another CRM? Ask to be notified and try Stoloros with demo data meanwhile.
- How to match CRM users with team members — Each CRM user is matched to the Stoloros member with the same email. Fix a rep who uses another address in the CRM.
Points and scoring
- How to customize the scoring rules — Set your own points and daily cap for each CRM action, then save: the new values apply to actions logged from now on.
- Daily caps — A daily cap limits how many actions of one type earn points per rep and per day, so the leaderboard rewards real work.
- How points work — Each CRM action earns the points set in your team's scoring rules, within a daily cap per action type.
- Levels and badges — Levels and badges are coming soon. Managers can already turn them on: they will start for everyone as soon as they are available.
- How to read My performance — See your total, your rank, the points earned by each action and the full list of actions behind them.
- How to choose a scoring preset — Start from Balanced, Activity-focused or Revenue-focused, and check what a typical week earns before you save.
- Why your total always equals your action log — Your total, the sum of the Points breakdown and the sum of the Action log are always the same number, including capped actions and cancelled awards.
Leaderboard
- Arrows and arrival animation — Arrows show who moved up or down, and the arrival animation replays what changed since your last visit.
- How to see a colleague's performance — Click a name on the leaderboard to see how that rep earned their points, action by action.
- How to switch leaderboard periods — Compare points for the current competition, the week, the month or the season, and choose which periods your team sees.
- How to read the leaderboard — The leaderboard ranks every rep of your team by points, from first to last, for the period you choose.
- Ranking by sub-team — Ranking by sub-team is coming soon. Your choice is already saved; the leaderboard stays individual until then.
- How to follow team challenges — Challenges launched by your manager appear under the leaderboard, with the target, the reward and your own progress.
Manager tools
- How to award points manually — Reward effort that your CRM does not capture, with a reason, a note and a confirmation.
- How to cancel a manual award — Remove points given by mistake from the award history, while keeping a visible trace in the action log.
- How to launch a team challenge — Rally the team around one CRM habit with a target, a duration and an announced reward.
- How to read the team dashboard — See your team's week at a glance: CRM activity, active reps, deals won, challenges and who has gone quiet.
Competitions and ceremonies
- The closing ceremony — Choose when the ceremony is shown to the team, and what everyone sees: winners revealed one by one, then the podium.
- How to close a competition or change its closing date — Close the current competition now after checking the final standings, or move its closing date earlier or later.
- How to set the closing schedule — Choose when competitions close automatically: every week, every month, every quarter or every N days, at the hour you pick.
- What is a competition? — A competition is a leaderboard period with a closing date: final standings, a ceremony for the winners, then the next one starts.
- How to set up the encouragement moment — Add a kind “Comeback next round” moment for the last places in the ceremony, and let each member opt out from their profile.
- Actions received after a closing — An action dated before the closing but read from the CRM after it counts in the next competition, and the action log says so.
- How to view past competitions — Look back at every closed competition: dates, winners, final standings, rewards and the ceremony replay.
- How to set rewards for the winners — Choose how many winners are celebrated at each closing, what each place wins and which animation announces them.
- How ties are broken — When two reps finish a competition with the same points, deals won decide, then whoever reached their total first.
Profiles and avatars
- How to accept an invitation — Open the invitation email from your manager, join the leaderboard in two clicks, with no password to create.
- How to set your nickname and avatar — Choose how you appear on the leaderboard and during closing ceremonies: a nickname, and one of 12 avatars or your initials.
Customization
- AI-generated animations — Animations created by AI for your ceremonies are announced for the paid plan. They are not available yet.
- How to use the animation library — Preview the 12 built-in animations and choose one for each celebrated place and for the encouragement moment.
- How to change the theme, colors and logo — Give the leaderboard your team's look: a board theme, a main color, a podium color and your company logo.
Team and account
- How to set your company settings — Set your company name, team size, time zone and first day of the week, during setup or later.
- How to invite team members — Invite sales reps and other managers by email, from the Team members card or during setup.
- How to deactivate or reactivate a member — Remove someone's access when they leave the team, without losing their past actions.
- Roles and permissions: manager and sales rep — Understand what managers and sales reps can do, and how a manager joins the leaderboard.
Plans and billing
- Plans and billing — Stoloros announces a free plan for up to 5 sales reps and a paid plan per active rep. Today nothing is charged and no limit is enforced.
Privacy and data
- Data and privacy — What Stoloros stores, where it is hosted, how it is protected, and what each team member can see.
Troubleshooting and FAQ
- Why are animations turned off? — No sliding rows, no confetti, a still podium? Your device probably asks apps to reduce motion.
- Why didn't I see the closing ceremony? — The ceremony plays once per person, at a time the manager chooses. Here is why you may have missed it, and how to replay it.
- What to do when your CRM shows an error — Brevo refused the key, blocked Stoloros's IP address or could not be read? Find the message and its fix.
- Invitation or sign-in link not received or expired — No email, an expired link or too many requests? Here is how to get into Stoloros.
- Why are my points missing? — An action in your CRM did not earn points? Check the usual causes, from daily caps to email matching.
