Connecting Asana (coming soon)

Asana support is ready in Stoloros and will open as soon as the Asana app is approved. Today the Asana card shows as coming soon.

Stoloros can read Asana to reward delivered work. The connection is not open yet: in the app, the Asana card shows Asana — coming soon.

Status

• Today: the Asana card appears under Project management tool in the Manager area and at the CRM step of the setup wizard, with the words Asana — coming soon.
• Coming: a Connect Asana button. You will sign in to Asana and approve read-only access. Stoloros will then read projects of your workspace (completed, owner, members), tasks (completed, due date, assignee, milestone subtype) and users. Each project can be included or excluded under Projects that earn points.
• Points follow the project rules: see How project work earns points. Nothing is counted before the connection.
• When Asana notifies Stoloros of a change, the points appear within a few seconds; a daily read catches up anything missed.
