Actions received after a closing

An action dated before the closing but read from the CRM after it counts in the next competition, and the action log says so.

Stoloros reads your CRM regularly, not continuously. Sometimes an action logged just before a closing only reaches Stoloros after it. That action is never lost: it counts in the next competition, with a clear note in the action log.

How it works

  • Stoloros reads the CRM when someone opens the leaderboard (at most every 2 minutes), when a manager clicks Sync now, and once a day.
  • When a competition closes, its final standings are frozen. They can no longer change, so nobody's podium moves after the ceremony.
  • If an action is dated before the closing but Stoloros receives it after the closing, it counts in the competition that is open when it arrives, usually the next one.
  • In My performance, the Action log marks that line with: "Received after the previous competition closed: counted in this one".
  • The Week, Month and Season tabs are not affected: there, the action counts on its own date.
  • For tie-breaking, a late action counts at the time it was received, not the time it was logged.

Example

Acme Sales runs weekly competitions closing on Friday at 18:00.

  1. On Friday at 17:30, Chloé Martin marks a deal as won in Brevo.
  2. Nobody opens the leaderboard on Friday evening, so Stoloros does not read Brevo before 18:00.
  3. At 18:00, "Week 43, 2026" closes. Chloé finishes 2nd with 390 points. The ceremony uses these final standings.
  4. On Monday at 9:00, Ben Ito opens the leaderboard. Stoloros reads Brevo and finds the won deal.
  5. The deal's 50 points (Balanced scoring) count in "Week 44, 2026". Chloé starts the new week with 50 points, and her action log shows the line "Deal won" with the note "Received after the previous competition closed: counted in this one".
  6. On the Week tab, the deal still counts in week 43, the week it was won.

Good to know

  • To reduce late actions, open the leaderboard or click Sync now shortly before the closing time.
  • A late action is never counted twice: it belongs to one competition only.
  • Actions logged before your CRM was connected are not counted at all, late or not.

FAQ

My deal was won before the closing. Why is it not in the final standings?

Stoloros received it after the closing. Final standings cannot change once a competition is closed, so the points go to the next competition.

Can a manager move the action back into the closed competition?

No. A closed competition is final for everyone.

Where can I see which actions arrived late?

In My performance > Action log, on the Competition tab.
