How to sign in to Stoloros

Stoloros has no passwords. You enter your work email, and Stoloros emails you a sign-in link.

Before you start

You need a Stoloros account: either you created the team, or your manager invited you.
If you were just invited, use the button in the invitation email the first time.

Steps

Go to app.stoloros.com. The Sign in page opens.
If needed, choose the page language with English or Français (marked 3).
Enter your address in Work email (marked 1).
Click Email me a sign-in link (marked 2).

Open the email "Your Stoloros sign-in link" and click Sign in to Stoloros.
On the Welcome to Stoloros page, click Continue to Stoloros.

Result

You are signed in. Sales reps land on the Leaderboard. A manager who has not finished the setup goes back to the setup wizard, at the step reached.

Good to know

A sign-in link works once and expires after 15 minutes.
You can ask for at most 5 links in 15 minutes.
You stay signed in for 30 days on the same browser.
To sign out, click Sign out in the top bar.
The language buttons on the Sign in page only change that page. Once you are signed in, Stoloros uses your team's language.
The Continue to Stoloros button protects your link: some email security tools open links automatically, and this extra click keeps them from using up your link.

FAQ

The page says "This link is invalid, has already been used or has expired". What do I do?

The link was already used or is more than 15 minutes old. Click Get a new sign-in link: you go back to the Sign in page, where you can ask for a new one.

I did not receive any email.

Check your spam folder and the address you typed. For privacy, the page shows the same message whether or not the address has an account. A deactivated account receives no link: ask your manager.

I asked for several links and the last one never came.

You can receive at most 5 links in 15 minutes. Wait 15 minutes, then ask again.
