How to accept an invitation

Open the invitation email from your manager, join the leaderboard in two clicks, with no password to create.

Your manager invites you by email. You join the team's leaderboard with one link: no password, no setup.

Before you start

Your manager has invited you from Team members, with your work email.
The invitation is less than 7 days old.

Steps

Open the email "You're invited to Acme Sales on Stoloros". It says who invited you.
Click Join the leaderboard in the email.
A page titled Welcome to Stoloros opens. Click Continue to Stoloros.
You land directly on the Leaderboard of your team.

Result

You are signed in and listed on the leaderboard. Your CRM actions from now on earn points. Your session lasts 30 days on this device.

Good to know

Stoloros uses the language chosen by your manager for the whole team, English or French. The invitation email uses it too.
There is no setup for you: the scoring rules, periods and look are set by your manager.
The extra click on Continue to Stoloros is on purpose. Some email tools open links in advance to scan them, and this click makes sure the link is not used up by them.
Next time, sign in from the sign-in page: type your Work email and click Email me a sign-in link. That link works once and expires in 15 minutes.
Your points come from the CRM user with the same email as your Stoloros account. If you use another email in the CRM, ask your manager to set it in Team members.
To choose a nickname or an avatar, open My profile.

FAQ

The page says "This link is invalid, has already been used or has expired." What can I do?

The invitation is valid for 7 days and works once. Ask your manager to click Resend invitation in Team members. If you already used it, sign in with a new sign-in link.

I did not receive the email.

Check your spam folder, then ask your manager to check your email address and resend the invitation. See Invitation or sign-in link not received.
