How to receive the leaderboard recap by SMS, WhatsApp or push notification

Give your mobile number and your consent, channel by channel, or enable notifications on this device. You can withdraw at any time.

The team leaderboard recap always comes by email. Your manager can also open other channels: SMS, WhatsApp and push notifications. Each one reaches you only after you agree to it, from your profile.

Before you start

Your manager must have turned the channel on in the team settings. Otherwise the line reads Your manager has not turned this channel on yet.
A channel the server cannot send yet reads, for example, SMS — coming soon.

Steps

Open My profile, then the Leaderboard recap channels card.
Enter your Mobile number (international format, like +33612345678).
Tick Receive the recap by SMS and/or Receive the recap on WhatsApp, then click Save. The date of your consent is shown under the channel.
For notifications on this device, click Enable on this device under Push notifications and accept the browser prompt. Each browser or phone counts as one device.

Result

From the next scheduled recap, you receive it on the channels you chose: a short text with the top 3, your own line and a link to the leaderboard. Email keeps coming unless you turn it off in Emails.

Good to know

Your mobile number is used only for these recaps. It is deleted with your account.
Every SMS contains a stop link; untick the channel in your profile to stop WhatsApp; click Disable on this device to stop notifications on a device.
On iPhone, notifications work only when Stoloros is added to the home screen.
Nothing is sent before your consent, even if the manager turned the channel on.

FAQ

I ticked SMS but received nothing.

Check that the channel is on for the team (otherwise the line is greyed out) and that your number starts with the country code (+33 for France). Your manager can see every send and its status in the Email log.
