How to set rewards for the winners

Choose how many winners are celebrated at each closing, what each place wins and which animation announces them.

When a competition closes, the ceremony celebrates the top places one by one. You decide how many places are celebrated, the reward announced for each, and the animation that brings each winner on stage.

Before you start

  • You are signed in as a manager.
  • Decide on the rewards with your team beforehand. Stoloros announces them; handing them over is up to you.

Steps

  1. Open Manager area and scroll to Settings > Rewards and ceremony.
  2. Set the Number of winners celebrated (1 on the screenshot), from 1 to 10. The default is 3.
  3. For each place (2), fill in:
    • Announced reward: optional free text, for example "Team lunch" or "Friday afternoon off".
    • Arrival animation: the animation that reveals the winner. Click ▶ next to the list to preview it.
  4. Click Save rewards and ceremony.

Result

At the next closing, the ceremony reveals the celebrated places from the last one up to 1st, each with its animation. The podium then shows each winner's avatar, name or nickname, points and reward. The closing recap and Past competitions also show the reward of each place.

Good to know

  • Only sales reps who scored points are celebrated. If only two reps scored, a third place stays empty.
  • The default animations are Fireworks for 1st place, Crown for 2nd, Trophy for 3rd and Spotlight from 4th place on. You can choose any of the 8 winner animations for any place.
  • A place without a reward is still celebrated. In the closing recap it shows "Highlighted".
  • Places follow the final standings, including the tie rule: most deals won first, then whoever reached their total first.
  • Changes apply to the next closing. A competition already closed keeps the rewards it had.

FAQ

Can two reps share a place?

No. Ties are always broken. See How ties are broken.

Can I use money or gift cards as rewards?

The reward is free text up to 80 characters. Stoloros does not pay or send anything: you hand over the reward yourself.

Can I also cheer up the last places?

Yes, with the optional encouragement moment. See The encouragement moment.
