What is Stoloros?

Stoloros turns the work your sales team logs in the CRM into points, a live leaderboard, challenges and competitions.

Stoloros turns the work your sales team logs in the CRM into points. Everyone sees a live leaderboard, joins challenges and competes in competitions that end with a ceremony.

How it works

  • Your CRM is the source. Stoloros reads your CRM (Brevo today, HubSpot coming soon). Each action becomes points: a deal created, a deal moved up a stage, a deal won, a task completed, a note added, and, when the CRM provides them, calls made and meetings booked.
  • Scoring rules set the value of each action. The manager picks the points for each action and a daily cap against gaming the system. Only actions logged after the CRM connection count.
  • The leaderboard is the main screen. Reps land on the Leaderboard. It ranks the team from first to last and animates the changes since your last visit.
  • Every point is explained. In My performance, each rep sees the total, the points per action type and the full action log. The total always equals the sum of the details.
  • Challenges and competitions keep the pace. The manager launches challenges around a CRM habit. A competition is a leaderboard period with a closing date. At closing, the standings are frozen and the winners get a ceremony.
  • The manager steers from one place. The Manager area holds the team dashboard, the CRM connection, competitions, manual awards, challenges, team members and settings.

Example

Acme Sales uses Brevo and the default scoring rules (Balanced).

  1. On Tuesday, Ana Ruiz marks a deal as won in Brevo. A won deal earns 50 points.
  2. Ben Ito opens the Leaderboard. Stoloros reads Brevo again (at most every 2 minutes).
  3. Ana's row slides up, her score counts up with a "+50" badge, and confetti appears because she won a deal since Ben's last visit.
  4. Ben clicks Ana's name. He sees "Deal won" in her action log, with its 50 points.

FAQ

Do reps need to change the way they work?

No. They keep logging their work in the CRM. Stoloros only reads it.

Does Stoloros change anything in our CRM?

No. Stoloros reads your CRM to count points. It does not write to it.

Can we try Stoloros before connecting a CRM?

Yes. If you skip the CRM step in the setup wizard, Stoloros runs with demo data until you connect one.
