How points work

Each CRM action earns the points set in your team's scoring rules, within a daily cap per action type.

Stoloros reads the actions your team logs in the CRM and turns each one into points. The team's scoring rules set how many points each action is worth and how many can count per day.

How it works

  • Seven actions can earn points: Deal won, Deal moved up a stage, Meeting booked, Deal created, Task completed, Call made and Note added.
  • Each action has a value. With the default rules (Balanced), a won deal earns 50 points, a stage move 20, a meeting 15, a new deal or a completed task 10, a call or a note 5.
  • Most actions have a daily cap. Only the first actions of each type count each day. Beyond the cap, the action still appears in your log, but it earns no points. A won deal has no cap.
  • Your CRM decides what can be read. Brevo provides deals and their stages, tasks and notes. It does not provide calls or meetings, so these two actions earn no points with Brevo.
  • Only actions logged after the CRM connection count. Past activity is not counted.
  • Days follow your team's time zone. Caps start again at midnight in that time zone.
  • Rule changes apply from now on. When a manager changes the scoring rules, the new values apply to actions logged after the change. Points already earned stay as they were.
  • Manager awards are separate. A manager can award points by hand, and these points are not limited by the daily caps.

Points appear once Stoloros has read your CRM: when someone opens the leaderboard (at most every 2 minutes), when a manager clicks Sync now, and once a day.

Example

Acme Sales uses Brevo and the Balanced rules. On Tuesday, Ana Ruiz logs these actions:

Action Logged Daily cap Counted Points
Deal won 1 none 1 1 × 50 = 50
Deal moved up a stage 3 10 3 3 × 20 = 60
Deal created 7 5 5 5 × 10 = 50
Task completed 6 15 6 6 × 10 = 60
Note added 3 10 3 3 × 5 = 15

Ana created 7 deals, but the cap for new deals is 5 per day. Her first 5 new deals count. The last 2 appear in her log with Daily cap reached, not counted and earn 0 points.

Her total for Tuesday: 50 + 60 + 50 + 60 + 15 = 235 points. On Wednesday, every cap starts again from zero.

Good to know

  • Every rep can check the calculation in My performance: one line per action, count × value = points.
  • Managers choose the rules in the setup wizard, then change them in Settings at any time.
  • In Brevo, a deal counts as won when it reaches a stage whose name contains "won" (or "gagné").

FAQ

Why did an action earn 0 points?

The daily cap for that action type was reached, or your CRM does not provide that action. See Missing points.

Can my points go down?

Points from CRM actions stay. Only a cancelled manager award removes points, and your log keeps a trace of it.
