Team celebrations: milestone reached, project delivered, kudos received
In a project team, the leaderboard celebrates each milestone reached and each project delivered with the whole team, and applauds the kudos you receive.
In a project team, some moments belong to everyone. When your team reaches a milestone or delivers a project, the leaderboard celebrates it on your next visit. When a colleague sends you kudos, a short applause greets you.

How it works
When you open Dashboard, Stoloros looks at what happened since your last visit and plays a celebration for each new moment, one after the other:

- Click Next to go to the next celebration, or Close at the end.
- The celebrations also play while the leaderboard stays open: Stoloros checks for new moments every 30 seconds.
- Your face is in the team animations, and the label shows the milestone or project name.
Example
Your team reaches the milestone "Beta online" at 10:00, then delivers "Website redesign" at 16:00. Ana Ruiz and Ben Ito completed tasks in the project, and Ana has a victory animation. When Chloé Martin opens the leaderboard the next morning, she sees the team trophy for "Website redesign", then Ana's victory animation, then the milestone flag for "Beta online".
Good to know
- At most three animations play in a row, so nobody is held in front of the screen. Team moments come first.
- A moment is celebrated only once, and only for 7 days: after a long absence, old celebrations are skipped.
- When points are taken back (task reopened, deleted or moved out of scope, or cancelled by the manager), nothing plays. The member only gets a discreet notification.
- Your manager can choose another animation for each moment in Animation Library > Assignments, for example a GIPHY GIF or a team AI animation.
- Contributors are the members who completed at least one task of the project. Each one chooses in Victory animation whether theirs plays when a project is delivered: it is on by default in a project team.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, nothing starts on its own: the celebration shows its final image.
FAQ
Why did I not see the celebration of a milestone?
It was probably reached more than 7 days ago, or before your last visit to the leaderboard. Celebrations only cover what happened since then.
Do kudos celebrations show to the whole team?
No. Only the person who received the kudos sees the applause. Everyone sees the kudos in Team kudos under the leaderboard.
