Which actions earn points with each CRM

Stoloros counts 7 types of CRM actions. Brevo provides 5 of them; HubSpot, coming soon, will provide all 7.

Points come from 7 types of actions logged in your CRM. Not every CRM shares all of them with Stoloros, so the list of actions that earn points depends on the CRM you connect.

How it works

Stoloros reads your CRM and gives points to the rep who owns each deal, task or note. The table shows which CRM provides each action, with the default points of the Balanced scoring.

Action Default points (Balanced) Brevo HubSpot (coming soon)
Deal won 50 Yes Yes
Deal moved up a stage 20 Yes Yes
Meeting booked 15 No Yes
Deal created 10 Yes Yes
Task completed 10 Yes Yes
Call made 5 No Yes
Note added 5 Yes Yes
  • Brevo provides deals created, deals moved up a stage, deals won, tasks completed and notes added. It does not provide calls made or meetings booked.
  • HubSpot will provide all 7 actions. It is not available yet: see Connecting HubSpot (coming soon).
  • In the scoring rules, an action your CRM does not provide is greyed out with the message Not available from Brevo: no points until this data can be read. It earns no points, whatever its value.
  • A deal is won when it reaches a stage whose name contains "won" (or "gagné") in Brevo. In HubSpot, it will be a closed stage with a 100% probability.

Example

Acme Sales uses Brevo with the Balanced scoring. In one week, Ana Ruiz creates 4 deals, moves deals up 6 stages, wins 1 deal, completes 12 tasks, adds 8 notes, makes 20 calls and books 3 meetings.

  • Counted: 4 × 10 + 6 × 20 + 1 × 50 + 12 × 10 + 8 × 5 = 40 + 120 + 50 + 120 + 40 = 370 points.
  • Not counted: the 20 calls and 3 meetings, because Brevo does not share them.

The same week would earn 515 points with a CRM that provides all 7 actions (calls add 100 points, meetings 45). This is why the "A typical week" estimate in the scoring rules leaves out the actions your CRM does not provide.

Good to know

  • Only actions logged after the CRM connection earn points.
  • Daily caps still apply to each action. See Daily caps.
  • You can still reward a call or a meeting by hand with manager points.
  • Challenges on calls made or meetings booked will not progress with Brevo.

FAQ

Why are calls and meetings greyed out in my scoring rules?

Your team uses Brevo, which does not share these two actions with Stoloros.

Can I give points for calls anyway?

Yes, with a manual award from the Manager area. It appears as a manager bonus on the leaderboard.
