Why didn't I see the closing ceremony?
The ceremony plays once per person, at a time the manager chooses. Here is why you may have missed it, and how to replay it.
When a competition closes, Stoloros shows a full-screen ceremony with the winners and the podium. If you did not see it, one of the causes below usually explains why.

Before you start
- Check that the competition is closed: open Past competitions in the top menu and look for it under Closed competitions.
How it works
You already saw it
The ceremony plays only once per person. Once you have seen it, even quickly with Skip then Close, it does not come back on its own. Fix: open Past competitions and click Replay the ceremony (number 2 on the screenshot).
It is scheduled for later
The manager chooses When the ceremony is shown: At each member’s next visit, or At a chosen day and time, for example Monday at 9:00 for the team meeting. Fix: wait for the chosen time, then open Stoloros. Managers can check the setting in Settings > Rewards and ceremony.
The competition is not closed yet
Automatic closing is checked every 15 minutes, and when someone opens the app. The closing follows your team's time zone. Fix: wait a few minutes and reload. A manager can also close it by hand with Close competition.
A newer competition has closed since
Only the latest closed competition is shown as a ceremony. Fix: replay older ceremonies from Past competitions.
You were not in the final standings
The ceremony is shown to the reps in the final standings and to managers. If you joined the team after the closing, or were not on the leaderboard, it is not shown to you. Fix: open Past competitions to see the results.
Animations are reduced on your device
With "reduce motion" turned on, you see a still podium instead of the animated reveal. See Why are animations turned off?.
Good to know
- Only reps who scored points are celebrated. If nobody scored, the ceremony says so and the next competition has already started.
- A manager who closes a competition by hand sees the ceremony right after the closing.
FAQ
Can I watch the ceremony again with my team?
Yes. Open Past competitions, then Replay the ceremony, as often as you like.
Chloé Martin won but did not see her ceremony. What should she do?
She can replay it from Past competitions. If the ceremony is scheduled, it will appear at the chosen day and time.
